Much hype is attached to this historic oldie, located near the center of the city. Because of its high prices, it attracts an expensive account crowd, which is okay but not if eight execs are quaffing bottles of wine and getting noisier.
The “Five Flies” is a kind of Old Dutch theme park, with nine separate dining rooms spread over five canal houses decorated with objects from Holland’s Golden Age — among them four original Rembrandt etchings.
